Just had CJ's do a complete Gas Boiler Heating system with an Indirect Hot water replacement. These guys are ViPro certified and did a great job on my *** system. Their workmanship is impeccable. Had 5 other bids, and I'm very glad I chose CJ's.
Ronda sent over Ozzy to work on the water return to my boiler. What a great guy! Professional, knowledge, and had strong people skills. Was not an easy job but he had it figured out in 10 minutes and went to work. He saved me from what could have potentially been thousands of dollars. Ozzy explained what he was going to do, potential issues he may encounter, then went over everything when he was done. Their hourly rate is fair and I’ll definitely hire them again!

My husband and I are elderly and started the process to have CJ's order and install our gas fireplace. We are getting nothing but the runaround and no answers in weeks. We paid in full and at this point want a full refund and we will not agree with this bogus A+ rating. The prior complant is correct no communication with their customers
This company has poor communication and could care less!!!! I made an appointment 2 weeks ago to get a quote and as I was on the phone with the woman who schedules appointments I could hear a lot of commotion in the back round and she kept muting the phone but not telling me. She told me they were very busy and I needed to be flexible to get an appointment. I called last Friday to confirm for today and 10 minutes prior to my scheduled time today I received a call to say the technician was out sick and I would need to reschedule. When I asked why I was just being called 10 minutes prior to appointment instead of first thing this AM there was silence, she had no explanation for me and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I moved around my whole day and got out of work early for this appointment. I can not believe this company stays in business the way they treat potential customers. If you don't mind wasting your time then choose them.
Hired CJ plumbing to replace cast iron pipe in cellar to main line. During course of repair Lights,tv went out for short period, plumber was cutting cast iron pipe near electrical wiring. Bank of lights in cellar would not function after incident. Plumber claimed he wasn't at fault, there was a bare wire that contacted pipe and caused short. Had electrician in to repair problem. he found CUT wire. Repairs $375. Contacted CJ'S to report issue. They knew about incident but said plumber didn't cut wire. Said she would talk to husband(owner) re complaint. NEVER RESPONDED X 7DAYS. Sent e-mail re: complaint, NO RESPONSE X 3 days. Had used service 2x prior. Extremely POOR customer relations.
When our plumber was there to repair cast iron piping the technician pointed out the conditioning of the wiring, The wire was old and brittle around pipe that was being removed which caused wire to short out. CJ's informed the customer that he was in need of an electrician. Mr. said don't worry about it.
At the time of the repairs, There was no proof of any wires being cut, we asked several times, CJ's never received any proof of wires being cut. We were willing to pay for some of the cost but never received any pictures.

I phoned CJ's on 9/5/2018 to inform them of electrical damage due to cut wires, Informed they would have to discuss with owner. To date I have NOT received any phone calls or phone messages regarding issue. Followed up phone call with E-mail on 9/12/2018,have NOT received reply. To date I have NOT had any communication with CJ regarding submission of bill for repair or offer of restitution. No representative of CJ's has ever contacted me.

Just had CJ's replace and convert my heating system. I couldn't have been happier. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a great crew. Very meticulous, clean, polite and professional. Their bid was detailed and very, very reasonable. They kept me informed every step of the way. I had used other plumbers, I can say now that these guys have all my future business as well as any referrals!
I used CJ's once on a smaller repair (replacing garbage disposal) and was pleased enough with their work to hire them for a much larger job (replacing lots of pipes). I cannot offer enough praise about the quality of their work. If you have any plumbing problem, call CJ's--you will not be disappointed.
CJ's offered a quote and stuck to it--they said the job would take two days and that's what it took. You don't want surprises in contracting, and we had none.
CJ's will also go above and beyond. As we had water damage from our plumbing failure, we had to replace floorboards. CJ's took care of it and we did not have to hire another contractor/carpenter. Our bathroom floor and walls were disgusting due to damage from the aforementioned water failure, and CJ's cleaned those as well.
CJ's plumbers were also friendly, professional, and confident. They were willing to work around our schedule and agreed to come while we took a brief, two-day vacation. We came home and couldn't be happier. Please use them!
