line multiple times thru a cleanout that was installed by another company, we removed lot of roots from line and line was still not flowing, we jetted line got line cleared, ran 300 gallons of water through the line, we camera line and found lots of roots in the line and we informed homeowner husband that line has root damage and that line needs replacing. Homeowner removed the third tree but technician informed homeowner that you need to remove stump to kill all the roots. Property had several trees that ran along the sewer line. 6 months later On June 10, 2015 we were called out again by the property management and said the line was backed up again. When we arrived at the property the homeowner was present and the stump was still there. Technician jetted line with 300 gallons of water and got the line cleared. Technician informed homeowner to replace line and homeowner declined because they need to pay for a new roof. And now 2 months later the line has backed up again. CJ’S Plumbing has told homeowners multiply times that line needs replacing but homeowner refused.
Homeowner states that we are a fraud and we didn’t do the work, which is slander, unfounded and untrue. Homeowners were present every time we were there and watched us do the work.
I called homeowner on Monday August 17, 2015 and homeowner was very rude but I (not my daughter) wasn’t able to get a word in. I understood everything that she said clearly and she spoke fluent English. Then she started yelling at me, calling me names and then hung up on me. We offered her a credit of all invoices paid toward a full replacement of pipe but customer declined. This offer still stands.
