Review: I had tires installed on my new rims for my vehicle and the rims were damaged during installation. I had inspected these rims before hand and there were no damages prior to installation. I tried to resolve this situation with the store manager and district manager with no resolution.Desired Settlement: Have my rims that were damaged either replaced, repaired or refunded.

Review: On 4/19/2013 my Wife, took our [redacted] to CJ Tire for it's routine tire rotation. She stated that they rushed her out the door and did not give her the usual receipt at that time, but she didn't think anything of it at the time. This was the last time the vehicle was at a shop or on a lift.

On Memorial Day weekend ( 5/25 or 26/2013) I had the car in my home garage to change the oil. I crawled under the car as I do not own a lift and saw that the driver's side floor pan had the plastic shield broken in two places. Once towards the center near the "B" pillar of the vehicle, and the second was at the front where the floor pan meets the fender well. Upon further inspection I saw that a rectangular shaped hole had crushed the floor board and created a rectangular perforation through the metal. I immediately contacted my insurance company [redacted] Insurance.

The vehicle was repaired and both the insurance adjuster and the body shop agreed that it was typical damage from a vehicle lift.

[redacted] decided they did not have enough evidence to pursue this but that I have the right to file my own legal action.

In that time frame the vehicle was not at any other garages. The damage to the floor board was not visible from a normal persons perspective and would only be seen if you crawled under the car. I have been a customer of CJ Tire for over 20 years, and I am infuriated that one of their Mechanics would damage a vehicle and not own up to it. Had they told my wife they misplaced the lift arm and damaged the floor at the time of the rotation, this would have been a non issue. The fact that they hid this information hoping it would not be noticed is deceitful and I should not have to pay a claim that is due to their negligence.Desired Settlement: Refund of deductible
