CK Auto Glass

My wife had a windshield installed in her truck prior to Labor day. CK Auto glass came to install it, brought the wrong one, and re installed the old one for a period of one day. The new one was installed, but the remote start for the truck did not work after that. There is a receiver module located on the windshield. CK Auto glass was contacted and they said that they would be out the next day to look at it. The wife was then contacted at work and told that he should not come out, because it might rain. In the weeks following, we contacted CK Auto glass repeatedly. There was either no answer, in which case I left multiple messages stating to call me back, or when CK Auto glass answered, a date was always set for him to come out and look at it, but he never came out, and never contacted us. This happened repeatedly SINCE THE WEEK BEFORE LABOR DAY UNTIL NOW, 09-24-2018!!! The reason that I will not perform the repair myself, is because, if it was discovered that I had taken it apart and was unable to repair it, CK Auto glass' Insurance would most likely not cover the cost of the repair. He is supposed to come out tomorrow, but we will see about that!
