CK Auto Plex, LLC Reviews (6)

In response to your letter, this transaction was a nightmare from the beginning.? We put the customer in three (3) different vehicles over a one month period, trying to satisfy her.Attached please find a receipt for repairs made to the vehicle prior to delivery.? The customer had both mine and the owners cell phone numbers, and she could have contacted either one of us at any time.? Our office phone has an answering machine as well.? There were no calls or messages made from her.? The customers fiance is the owner's nephew, so contact was not a problem.I attempted to contact the customer at the phone number she provided, ( [redacted] ) and was unsuccessful.? The original failed inspection was for a front "sway bar" and exhaust pipe.? Both of these items were corrected prior to the delivery of the vehicle.? The repairs were made at the inspection station, so no further review of the vehicle was required.? [redacted] Auto Repair, LLC has completed over inspections for us, without a complaint.? The loan is currently in default (three payments behind) and the first notice of default has been sent to the customer.? As it is our mission to satisfy our customers, we are willing to accept the three delinquent payments as payment in full.? Upon receipt of these payments, we will furnish the customer with a lien release.I'm hoping this letter will clarify the complaint.? I have attached the paperwork, showing our due diligence to resolve this matter.? Should you have further questions, please let me know

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: 1.) The first two (2) vehicles I was put into didn't have inspections at the time they were given to me, and the check engine lights came on on BOTH vehicles within the first hoursThats why they switched the vehicles2.) The third vehicle I was "put into" was to hold me over until another vehicle in my price range was available3.) The last time I was up there, I updated my phone number in my file for them to contact me, and told them that the other number was no longer valid 4.) As far as contacting the company, this is a business transaction so I called the business phone, AND left messagesI have the proof on my account through my phone company's online account that I attempted to contact them5.) The company kept contacting my significant other's family to communicate, and as I told the family, if they want to contact me they have my phone number, AND they could return my calls to ME instead of going through them 6.) As I stated in my original complaint, I have had a mechanic look at my vehicle and he has told me it shouldn't have passed inspection and is unsafe to driveHe also confirmed that the original issues that the vehicle failed safety on were STILL thereThey had not been corrected Sincerely, [redacted]
