Carpet cleaning way over-priced, left too much water in the carpet and stains still in carpet.
Beginning Dec.1, my husband and I will be renting our home to [redacted]. He called this man[redacted] at this business to clean the carpets. The carpets were soaking wet a couple of hours after he left, wet is one thing. The stains are still in the carpet and the carpet was not in very bad shape as stated on his invoice. This job was highly over-priced as we had our other home carpets cleaned, much more area, and approximately $200 less. At this time, we don't know if any damages are going to occur to the carpet since we found out he says he uses cheap chemicals to clean customers homes. Also, believe he walked off with a package that was delivered but denies it. Anyway, his carpet cleaning was done poorly and highly over-priced.
