Review: I did not receive all the parts that I ordered and several of the items were damaged. Titian Abrasives basically told me it's my fault for not marking damaged or items missing when the truck driver delivered parts. I would completely agree but everything looked fine from the outside. And the truck driver is not going to wait around for hours while I dig around thousands of pounds of things to inspect everything. And I have no idea what all should come with this sandblasting room that I ordered, because they didn't give me a detailed check list. With everything that is wrong with the blast room, all I am asking for is the missing parts and to replace the damaged lights. For the $25,000 I spent on this I would say that's not asking much.Desired Settlement: All I want are the items I paid for and the damaged lights replaced. I'm not even being picky about the rest of the damage.

In response to customer complaint [redacted], please see attached email, our request for customer to contact freight company to file a claim. Also attached are photographs showing the room intact with banding attached to light fixtures. We have shipped in good faith the missing hardware and door latches; however the damaged/missing light fixtures will have to be the responsibility of customer, or freight company. We have absorbed a portion of the missing components, however as customer did not sign for damaged merchandise, he should be responsible for a portion as well (damaged/missing lights); we feel this is a fair resolution, as we shipped the product intact without damage, this should be between the freight company and the customer.
