Unfortunately do to a lack of communication there was a misunderstanding with what level you wanted to sign up for when you changed your mind from a level I went ahead and refunded the total amount for the pro rated balance from last month and a second email to show the current months eft's refundThese refunds will take 5-business days to processWe are very understanding and are never under any circumstances looking to do a client wrongI offered to correct the problem and credit your ledger for next month and you were not willing to do soI felt this was more than a fair and honest way to make it rightThis would have been around $I was able to reach out to the credit card processor and have them make the credit on their endWe will take care of this on our end after we wait the grace period for all of our clients to have money in their personal bank accountsYou mentioned to me "that was not your problem"Maybe you should sit and think about others and life's daily strugglesAfter all this is just tanning and we like happy momentsThere is enough bad in this world that this should be a happy place and just that, a happy placeI hope this doesn't set you back financially and that you have an awesome July the 4th weekend. I went ahead and refunded the total amount for the pro rated balance from last month and a second email to show the current months eft's refund. These refunds will take 5-7 business days to process. We are very understanding and are never under any circumstances looking to do a client wrong. I offered to correct the problem and credit your ledger for next month and you were not willing to do so. I felt this was more than a fair and honest way to make it right. This would have been around $20. I was able to reach out to the credit card processor and have them make the credit on their end. We will take care of this on our end after we wait the grace period for all of our clients to have money in their personal bank accounts. You mentioned to me "that was not your problem".
