The owner states that manager offering a car wash to someone who was miles away, and lives another miles in the opposite direction is ludicrousHad the car wash BEEN open at the stated time and anyone answered the phone when I was still close to the area I would have gone thereBut no one answered the phone for another hour plusYes it was my choice to fix the issue that the car wash causedSince the person I spoke with the first time said "we can't do anything, and I can't call the manager"Kind of leaves me stranded and forced me to make a moveYour response makes me believe you are not at all customer orientedI paid $and then more on top to wash the carThat's $worth of headache that made me spend even more to remedy the situation as the worker said the manager could not be reachedSo indeed no solution what so ever was offered to meOffering a car wash after the problem was dealt and telling me the owner has no interest in customer service just underlines the issueYou don't care that half of the equipment was out of service, or that half the cleaners we're empty, or that it caused great inconvenienceAgain not satisfied with your answer, your demeanor leads me to believe you are the owner.and manager as no smart whitted business owner snubs his customers who are giving him money.

Phone response - the manager of the location handled it correctly, we offered to do our $wash at no charge, it was his decision to buy the items he did and take care of this himselfThe was he went to is $not $as well

Hello *** Regarding customer complaint** ***'s third party complaint regarding having the parking lot paved at Harry L Drive is a customer improvement project that was requested by the majority of customersThe paving company had notified me and posted a sign that the improvement
was underway for customers to see clearlyIn reference to ** ***s libelous statement that "CK's is known for such practices" CK's was voted number via Readers Choice awards and has the highest customer satisfaction and retention rate for carwashes in Broome CountyThis statement is grossly unfair and uncalled for and ** *** fails to mention who he heard this fromThe office was purposefully left open from am to pm during the paving improvement project and can have easily handled ** ***s concerns without involving a 3rd party intermediaryAs of 2:pm August 4th ** *** was issued an dollar credit on his credit card.Thanks,Chris
