We have had lots of trouble with an expensive, top of the line canopy we bought here.The owner/manager is not very helpful in dealing with warranty issues and has come up with totally statements to avoid doing any warranty claims.Good thing we have all our receipts with the dates recorded for all transactions The quality of the workmanship installing our canopy was terrible, fit and finish of the installed product was poor, and they damaged the product with the fork lift while installing itTheir appointments have never been on time, and it took months to get parts to repair the damage, which were all very common products used in the canopyOwner/manager tries to blame everything on the canopy manufacturer, who is impossible to contact,apparentlyBut given the infohe has given us as excuses, I would avoid [redacted]
