I went through the Carl's Jr. Drive-thru on Friday, 9/26/14 for dinner and was served a raw burger (not a little pink but actually raw). I was so outraged that after getting home and sitting down for dinner, I got back in my car and returned to the restaurant. I asked to speak the manager and was referred to a "team leader." I showed her the burger and her response was, "Sorry?" (yes, as if it were a question).
I’m now upset for several reasons; I don't want to pay for and eat a raw burger, and I did not appreciate the representative's response to the situation.
I decided to email Carl's Jr.'s customer service under the assumption that someone would be as outraged as I was that a raw burger was even served to a customer, but unfortunately this did not appear to be the case. I was offered a generic apology and coupon for a free meal which I am confident would have been offered to someone who simply had a less than desirable experience at a Carl's Jr.
I hate to sound so demanding, but the reason I had so much trouble with this was because I literally consumed raw burger due to the careless actions of their staff. Furthermore, the issue was not dealt with properly when I returned to the restaurant to inform the team leader of what had occurred.
If anyone at the CKE Corporate office is interested in seeing a picture of the meal I was served, I’d be happy to provide it.

I am rejecting this response because:
I am not satisfied with the response from the business.
Undoubtedly no one has actually looked at the video. Otherwise, they would have seen that after we placed our order, two separate customers came in, placed separate orders, received their food and left while we were still waiting for our food.
This was nothing but rudeness and discrimination and something needs to be done about it.
In order to close this case, I want 10 coupons for myself and 10 coupons for my wife.

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't know why you cannot see anything wrong in the video. They refused to serve us any food. When we finally decided to leave, the food was still not ready.
We were offered one coupon for the way we were treated.
Can Revdex.com & CKE restaurants answer these questions? We are white - what happened to our food? The customers that came in after us were black - Why did they get their food?
Why do you continue to dismiss the abuse that we received from Hardee's?

Again, the decision of the Regional VP and the Franchise Owner are final. They state they have reviewed the video and found nothing inappropriate. The Guest demand for 10 coupons for himself and 10 coupons for his wife "to teach the workers a lesson" were denied.

Since the response from the Regional VP is that he did not see any problem on the video, the matter is closed. Any report from Guest Relations would be directed to the restaurant management and the Regional VP. They would be the ultimate decision maker(s) regarding any resolution of this type of...

Review: I went through the Carls' Jr drive thru on 11/23/15 around 5:00pm and everytime I tried to order I was cut off by the drive thru person and they would not allow me to order as I wanted to. (for example: I was trying to order a superstar with cheese, no pickles and no lettuce), but after I order a superstar, they went into the drink I wanted, the size, if I wanted anything else...by the time I went back and told them I did not want pickles or lettuce on it, they were frustrated. In the end, ALL OF MY ORDER WAS WRONG! I HAD LETTUCE ON THE SUPERSTAR, my wifes order was incorrect, my moms order was incorrect, my kids KIDS MEAL orders were incorrect, I was so frustrated I couldn't even go back. This is not the first time it has happened here. I have reached out to the headquarters to have someone contact me, I have sent FIVE emails and all are responded to with the same canned text. It is now 12/8/15, I ordered on 11/23/15 and NOBODY HAS CALLED ME! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will NOT go back to that establishment EVER!Desired Settlement: I would like for Carls Jr to send me a refund of the $21.XX I paid for food that was NOT correct, and for them to train their drive thru staff to allow the customer to talk and order their food instead of being cut off and rudely interrupted. I want my money back as this is not the first time this has happened.

Attempts were made on various occasions to contact customer, but customer did not respond. Final attempts was made two days ago and customer did speak to Manager, who has reimbursed the customer. Customer stated he was satisfied with resolution.

Review: MY food was made incorrectly and I returned it for a refund. The money was not refunded to my card almost 2 months later.
