Review: We used this service to get an Indian visa. The company does not answer their phones, emails. We have gone to the office and the front staff were extremely rude. They had sent us an email to pick the passport and they have lost it.Desired Settlement: find our passport

Review: CKGS fail to get me an India travel VISA in the course of 2 weeks and then in the course of a full 3rd week failed to return my VISA as requested. Their failure to return my property has put my business in peril as I am scheduled to fly to Germany in 1 week and I do not have my passport back.

They are ignoring all pleas for help and their failures to deliver have already cost me several thousand dollars. Their refusal to return my passport may cost me tens of thousands if I am in breach of contract for not reaching Germany next week.Desired Settlement: That my passport is returned by Wednesday (tomorrow) before I must report it as lost or stolen to the state department at 8am on Thursday morning when I need to go out of pocket to rush a new Passport application.
