satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Yes, I will be available to have him " fix, replace ceiling ( including and not leaving out insulation, flooring under tub that was water saturated). Also, walls and floor all (including same instruction) material damaged and mold growth removal (completely eliminated). That will subjected to independent profession inspection of our choosing.   Please notify [redacted] Industries of our terms.  This was a new addition to our home. Which must be brought up to complete satisfaction.   [redacted] Industries has made this more than it should have!   We should not have gone to such lengths to receive respect and owed services. We have been put under unnecessary stress due to what [redacted] caused.   That was because of buying their expensive handicapped equipment.  Its outrageous that this company tried to get away with not providing response (blaming customer) on repairs caused by defective part and lead to us having file complaints.  Even after, I told [redacted] that I would file complaint. He didn't respond until he heard from Revdex.com.  We have no respect or trust for [redacted]'s corrective actions.  Their actions speak of lack of integrity and avoidance to do the right thing especially in respect to their reputation.  [redacted] owner, [redacted]'s comments were the proverbial "icing on the cake".  That put us over the edge unnecessarily.    Thank you,[redacted] and [redacted]

Review: We purchased a safe step Jacuzzi tub that cost over 17,000 dollars in 2013 for my handicapped mother. It was installed by the company after adding an addition that was specific for her disability.Last Friday, I ran the water to clean it and found that the jets weren't working. So, I stopped, drained the tub, and called my husband to look at it.As he came in from outside, he noticed (all the water) the pool of water on the floor, damage to walls, and ceiling in the room below. He immediately rushed upstairs and removed the panel in front of tub. It was immediately evident that the pump, pipes, and gasket were leaking. There was a large pool of water under tub (plywood completely saturated in water)that was draining into room below. That we use as storage for motorcycle, lawn mower, and other household items.I call the company immediately and file a complaint with [redacted] at ###-###-####,###-###-####. She wasn't too concerned or had any urgency in regards to our complaint. In fact, she seemed put off by it due to lack of staff to send out to review damages and defective tub. She kept complaining about that and it being the weekend and not having anyone available until "maybe Monday afternoon" to come out from the area.Her excuses and negligence went on for hrs. I had to get frustrated and extremely upset in order to get her to commit to Monday service call.She had no feeling of sentiment, concern about defective product, inconvenience, and expense of damages caused by what we sent her pictures of.She made allegation and accusation of "tub door not being closed right or due to lack of use seals on door were weak", etc;. As I insisted, that wasn't the case and provided her with pictures of pool of water under the tub(coming from pump and pipes under the tub). I had to take a day out of work on Monday not knowing when they would come and if they would show to make all repairs.So, I thought.?Desired Settlement: Their expectations were to go without shower and bath for three days!On Mother's Day weekend.While we watched water damage,mold build up, and continue to do so because no one has fix that to date.Luckily,a repair person came on Monday([redacted]?). He concluded(on the phone whole time with company)pump was defective and replaced it.But,"it wasn't his job to do other repairs". So, again I called [redacted]. Who directed me to [redacted]. Who hasn't done anything to date.
