I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.So far Jeff [redacted] showed his true colors as very dishonest man. For that last 3 weeks nothing was accomplished, we were told that we will be sued and we discovered that Jeff [redacted] bring unknown people to our house to do some sort of inspection we do not know about.. He also bring his workers who did a very poor job before again to the house without telling us about it. tSo I am attaching all documents I have so you can see what is going on in this situation at [redacted] Jeff [redacted] is very unprofessional, unreliable and using information with does not have any proof. information (we do not even know where it is coming from) Statement is that mom o fthe project he has got paid on have been done. and instead of working toward to fix the situation, Jeff [redacted] is creating more stressful situations. To whom it may concern,This letter is to address the issues we have with the work and lack thereof that Jeff [redacted] with Indiana Wall Systems has done for us since December of 2014.At the time we had a problem with our then General Contractor so Mr. [redacted] assured us that he could finish the house no trouble and "save us a lot of money" and that he had a guy that is great at electrical, plumbing and masonry. Mr. [redacted] was originally contracted to do the exterior of the house in EIFS as well as reface our concrete retaining walls.I have a number of issues that I feel need addressed.1. The application of EIFS needs to be strictly controlled regarding temperature and humidity to cure properly. In cold, inclement weather the surface needs to be controlled by "tenting" and heating with portable heaters to allow a constant temperature. Mr. [redacted] assured me that he would do this if need be but from my observation this was never done even in temperatures well below the manufacturers recommended minimum temperature. Thus I have worries that the exterior has been compromised.2. Neither the electrical or plumbing was done in a timely fashion and no inspectors were contacted to check the work for safety. The gentleman installing both electrical and plumbing was not licensed so I have some major concerns for safety of the structure. We had both an independent licensed plumber and electrician come in an inspect the work and as you have seen by the attached inspections there are numerous code violations that need to be addressed to insure compliance and safety.3. Prior to starting work on the house Mr. [redacted] said we needed a drive way so his workers could get their equipment in to the sight. I have started putting all my files and recordings together to show that we are infact currently doing a lot of extra work that was not included. [redacted] just got the finish electric out there yesterday at 1pm which is about the eleventh delivery date shes promised, now my work is even harder...

My electric agreement was for "labor only " "rough in only" and clearly states that, to date she has directed my sub to scrap out drywall trash, painters trash (filling a 40 yards dumpster that sit 120 yards uphill from the house) as well as dig and tie sewer connection in, grind the floors for tile, install the breaker boxes, outside service wires and we are now installing canlights and switches and outlets which are not part of a rough in. Long story short, due to my noticing her irrational claims and her attacking and removing no less than 3 contractors before me and one cabinet contractor since we have been out there, I have taken the liberty to record all my walk thrus with her and document all the extra work we have completed, and if she doesnt come to terms with these facts and insist on continuing with her complaints, I will in-fact total all the work up and send her the bill for whats completed. Considering her original contractors walking off, her second contractor walking off as welll as the numerous subs who have delt with her irrational take on things, it seems at some point she would realize that when a guy completes others work just to do his own and does not charge you than this is not the person you take all of your woe's out on. If she continues please request the contract documents which will put her claims to rest as soon as a Revdex.com rep reads it.
