Unfortunately, yes I thought hiring a personal friend would be a great decision for my wedding photographer but has proved otherwiseThis is a strictly business matter and has nothing to do with a friendshipI have attached a copy of her contractThere is not one line in it mentioning that if the job is not done and the couple cancels the wedding then money can not be refunded!! I have been in contact with Miss *** so I'm not sure why this is ongoingI have made multiple payments to her in repayment of her contract (which is not $I do not even offer packages worth $3200)*** has received half of her contract back in payments thus far and informed me she was satisfied with monthly payments of $(but I've always paid more than that)As for speaking with my husband, he is part owner of the business and speaks on my behalf in this case when Miss *** changed her verbal agreement with meThe original verbal agreement was that I was to keep all of the money for when the client did finally get marriedIt changed several months later and she asked for some of it back at which point I immediately gave her $in cashI have made other repayments in addition since then, the most recent within the last two weeksI'm doing everything she asks to my face but makes complaints online while also facing harassment from her offline

We have already refunded 50% of her contract with the agreement that the remainder minus the retainer would be refunded when the date was rebooked. contract but offered to repay part if the contract since [redacted] was a close personal friend of mine. This has all been communicated to [redacted] at every turn.
