CKW & Son's Contractors

Here is a list of fact as I know them to be 1) The customer listed me as "This Contractor" when in fact this is the (3) third project we have worked on 2) Customer wanted the project done weeks when I had informed customer that project would take weeks if there were no hidden problems, so we were at odds with time line in the beginning 3) Workmanship, Customer and myself would go over work that was performed that day, if and when a problem occurred or if customer was not satisfied we would get right on the problem the next business day Customer never said the workmanship was poor, in fact he always told me I do great work! 4)Laminate Flooring, The Laminate flooring the customer purchased was a Discontinued cheep 6mm Laminate Floor The floor was install correctly we can't fix the quality 5)Tile work in bathrooms and kitchen, first the counter tops Customer has past experience with contractor and counter tops Contractor is no fabricator as customer is well aware of Contractor advise customer to hire a fabricator, customer said not necessary you guys do it Customer never about complained counter topsCustomer did in fact complaint about the bathroom floor in the guess bath which was address the next business day, customer was okay with the repair 6) Clean up, Contractor and Customer both walked the house with a punch list Once punch list was complete Contractor and Customer walked the house looking for any and everything we could find, only then was the Customer satisfied In fact he would not pay the remaining balance until everything was done to his liking 7) Electrical Work, an electrician was hired, the electrician who worked on the Customer other project refused to work for him again due to the fact that he didn't want to pay the electrician asking price, not the first time this has happen, in fact it happened with almost every other contractor he came in contact with No one wanted to work on his projects I am not responsible for the electrician who I told him I hadn't worked with in the past Also I found him a HVAC guy off craiglist same as the electrician, he was asking them questions before he decided to let them do the work8) All my Contracts come with guarantee Customer and I never had a contract and the fact that he would say any contractor would give you a year warranty is unheard of 9) I OWE this Customer nothing I did my job and did it well Our relationship ended badly due to the very toxic environment working for this Customer brings I will give (1) one example Customer started yelling at me I said that's it we are done, I told the guys to pack our tools when we started packing our tools loading tools into my truck, he locked us out of his house, locked my tools up in his house drove off in his car telling to go fk myself That happened on a Wednesday he called me on SundayI called him several time asking for my tools only to be ignored I miss several days of work because he refused to give me my property That's one example

CKW claims to guarantee his work, but I have contacted him several times with complaints and he has done nothing to address any of themCKW has not upheld his end of any agreement we have ever made (I dividied this job into several sub-projectsHe was over budget and over schedule on every single agreement.)Every statement that CKW has made is either completely untrue or has twisted the facts to support his positionHe is also involved in a dispute with another customer he worked with before me and I have spoken with a third customer of his (for whom he worked after me) who also said he is constantly coming up over budget and over the scheduled time He repeatedly insists he has been working construction for over years and yet he is completely unable of accurately estimating materials and time. I have hired a new contractor to fix much of CKW's poor work and have thus far spent over $2,to have his work redone
