Review: [redacted] did not deliver the right products to me. I conducted the RIN process and never received a RIN to return the products delivered.
On August [redacted] I ordered a cover for my uniform and its accessories, order receipt #[redacted] shipped a cover that is the wrong size and shipped it to the wrong address.
After several attempts to reach [redacted], on September [redacted] responded to my RIN request asking for the shipping address that was on the original order. After responding with the correct shipping address, I have not heard from [redacted] again. Repeatedly called and emailed.
I want a full refund, this is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $141.05 charged to me for product, shipping and handling.
$75.99 - white dress cap
$43.99 - cap device
$119.98 - subtotal
$21.07 - shipping
Review: On August [redacted] 2014 I ordered a pair of boots (Wellco Desert Tan Infantry Combat Ripple Sole Boots) this website. I received a notification on August [redacted] 2014 that the order had be processed and the amount was deducted from my [redacted] account. The email notifying me that the order had been processed said to watch for tracking information. After about two weeks the item had not arrived a no tracking information was ever sent. I called them on September [redacted] 2014 to inquire about the item. I noticed the number came up as being from Kansas City, KS and got no answer so I left a voice mail. Two days later I sent an email to [redacted] after my call was not returned detailing the information about the transaction. Again I waited until September [redacted] 2014 and after receiving no reply from my call or email I called them a second time. Again, no answer and I left a voice mail with my contact information. Growing increasingly upset over lack of contact I began doing research on the company today September [redacted] 2014 and found that it had apparent connections to fraud. The address given on my invoice after the transaction was processed came up as a Post Office in [redacted]. An internet search of just [redacted] tactical contained numerous links that added to its credibility. However, once I added fraud at the end of my search I got tons of information about complaints and found connections to [redacted] and [redacted] who were not listed anywhere on the [redacted] website. According to what I found from my search of these names they were arrested and under investigation as of approx. a year ago with numerous charges of fraud. This is a website that I found that apparently details information on them: [redacted] It is also concerning that the website I ordered from is still operational despite the information out there against it, and they were able to process $114 from my transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like my purchase refunded or the item delivered promptly as advertised.

Review: I ordered a product on October [redacted], 2014 and it was not shipped until November [redacted], 2014. There was no contact between the seller and I.
The seller does not respond to emails or phone calls. I ordered an item on October [redacted] and when it got to my house on November [redacted], it was the wrong item. Still no contact from seller either through email or phone. I tried to return the item to the seller and the post office says the return address on the package was not a real address. Because I was unable to get the package returned, there was nothing I could do about a credit dispute. I paid $191.84 for Medium-Regular Propper® ACU Gore-Tex® Gen III E.C.W.C.S. Trousers with NSN: [redacted] and instead was given a pair of USED Small-Short BDU Cold Weather Trousers with NSN: [redacted]. The pair that was given to me could have been purchased for around $30-$40 on [redacted] or at a military surplus store. During a credit dispute the seller stated that the month-long delay before it was shipped was due to the manufacturer being delayed, but the pants that was sent to me have not been manufactured anymore for awhile now.Desired Settlement: I returned the trousers they sent me and it is at their post office in NJ.

Review: After an online purchase, the product was never delivered.
On March **, on the MCSS Tactical website, I ordered a USMC Twill Jacket w/ Embroidered Logos (Item #USM303 Order # [redacted]). The money was removed from my bank account and I received an email confirmation on April *, 2014. Then I waited, and waited. After 6 weeks, I started to make inquiries. There website has a link to contact them. I've done that dozens of times. No answer. The website has a phone number... I've called that dozens of times. You always get an automated answering machine where I have left messages. They have never been answered.
I don't want my money back, I just want the Jacket.
Also..I did a little digging and found the owner.

[redacted],
This is [redacted]. A retired [redacted] and I can use your help. I have tried desperately to contact MCSS Tactical. Dozens of emails. Dozens of phones calls. Never answered except to leave a message. My messages are never answered. I ordered a jacket (USM303 USMC Twill Jacket w/ Embroidered Logos) on ** March 2014. I received email confirmation on * April. At that time they also billed my credit card. The order number was #[redacted].
I sure would like to have that jacket.
Can you help me please?
I used my US Bank bank card on their website to purchase. $137.91 if I recall, it was a sale price.
On April [redacted] I received an email from them stating they removed the $137.91 then credited my account $137.91 due to some sort of error with my billing to my card. It also stated they would resubmit the order. Sure enough my bank statement shows they removed $137.91 on the [redacted] of April, then credited my account on the [redacted] of April and then removed that amount again, also on the [redacted].
Some response from them would have been nice.</[redacted]>Desired Settlement: I don't want my money back. I just want the jacket. Which they still advertise.
