I purchased a day card for an internet service (from 5/08/to 7/7/16) from StraightTalkMy service stopped after days (6/7/16)I was very busy and unable to call with a complaint until 6/ [redacted] from customer service restored my service on 6/However, she stated that it will still expire on 7/even though I was without internet for days, but since I did not complained sooner, she can't give my credit for the days I was without serviceShe could see in the company records that I purchased a day plan and that it stopped working on 6/7, but since I did not complained sooner I lose on it! I think that since they cut my internet after only days and I payed for 60, it is a theft and fraud to limit my access for only days
