I ordered a part for my gas grill using the model number on the grill They sent me the wrong size part I asked to return the part and they told me they would refund my purchase upon return of the part After returning the part, they wouldn't refund me $of the purchase price due to shipping costs The part is only $ They were able to ship the part to me for $but want $for the return when they told me they would completely reimburse me for the part upon its return I am totally dissatified with their service department
The good folks at CLA Grills & Service are dedicated to providing BBQ grill parts for a lengthy list of BBQ grill makersI found that they will go the extra mile - my Canadian BBQ grill was made in 1992, they had parts others did not, they are prompt, and they communicate well to keep you informed on availability and suchI endorse and recommend these folks for help with keeping your grill operationalThey are as reasonable as they come, and I am glad to leave this review, and thank God they are out there
