In the month of July 2015, my son [redacted] (who was the client) had setup a payment arrange, but was not told that $would be added to the remaining balance until there is a zero balanceOn 10/16/15, I called the law firm spoke with [redacted] (the administrative assistant) to see what can be done to stop the $chargeShe told me if I set up an automatic withdrawal from my checking account then the $charge would stopThe arrangement would be they would waive the late fees so long as you pay $per month as an automatic debit which can be broken up into payments of $every other weekThe balance as of 10/15/was $This debit will occur every other Friday the next debit was on 11/6/There should be debits from this account until a balance of $ On May 6th 2016, a payment of $was to be debited from my account, which would have closed this accountHowever, the firm took another payment of $from my accountWhen I tried to show them their ac

This law firm is the worst! I was married years no kids and no property and they are trying to get almost $20k out of me..I have paid over $9k already and asked them to please settle for $and call it a day...because I want to pay and avoid going bankruptNo dice! I was in court a total of hours and spoke to attorneys and they billed me pages of billing! For a simple divorceNobody helped me in court, nobody went over docs and explained things to me during this emotional time, and now they want all this money....DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first and last time I deal with this firmthey claim to have a flat fee, they end up charging you for everythingeven a monthly fee regardless if you use them or notthey make you do all the workthey send me a draft of some paperwork, they made all the mistakes, I send the corrections and they charged me for "reviewing" the draftthey customer service is horriblecheck their yelp reviewswill not recommendi made the mistake, please don't do the same thing
