Review: Comment: On Sunday, September 15,2013 at 6:45 pm, on Norwood Ave and Jesse Street intersection, I was headed home when all of the sudden I got hit by Ford onto the left side of my car, Sienna. The next day I notified my insurance company the AAA and opened claim there. My car was unsuitable for driving and I needed it fixed soon. Two weeks passed and none of the two insurances, mine and Fords (Esurance), give answers. So, on October 2, 2013 I opened a case at Claim Express company and their job was to get any of the two insurances to pay for my repairs. The contract with them stated that if either insurance pays me $3000, they will charge $450. If more than $3000, they will charge 10% from the premium. Since October 2, 2013, I was calling Claims Express weekly for my updates on my case. I was told to wait, wait, and wait with no information whatsoever. November 16, 2013`I lost my job due to car unavailability. I got tired of waiting, so I called my own insurance AAA on November 18, 2013 and found out that the check has been already issued to me on October 16, 2013 thru Claims Express, amount of $8278.27 for my car repair. Knowing this, that same day, on November 18, I contacted Claims Express, and asked how my case was going, and they said that they will call me back! November 20,2013 Claims Express called and gave me numbers: $6992.94 coming out of $8278.27 check that AAA had paid. This amount reflected the 10% off the premium, $300 for labor work, and & $175 towing fee, and I would keep the car. This amount would not have been enough to fix my car based on estimates I did on my own and Claims Express damage estimates. The second option was given to me by [redacted], the head of Claims Express. He offered me $11000, paying out of his own wallet without cashing AAA check, keeping my name on the claim and having open claim to be able to continue to fight with Esurance and the premium wouldnt concern me. November 22, 2013 Claims Express called me and asked if I could surrender my title of the vehicle to them and I said no. The second offer seemed fraud to me and I stopped trusting them. I said I am firing your company, taking back my car and I canceled the AAA check so that they couldnt cash it. November 26, 2013 four days later, Claims Express gave me final invoice bill of $1285.33 which I paid in full. They tow back my vehicle to my friends house, because I live in apartments and parking spaces are limited. Plus the left side of the car has been taken apart, doors where on the seat and on in the trunk with all its rubber liners taken apart, left fender and light lamp also unscrewed for still unknown reason to me. That day I also asked for full report on my case and when they emailed me, a week later, I discovered another bill under mine and Esurance name, of $2800 for car storage fees since October 2 thru November 26, 2013. I do not understand where these numbers come from when I already paid in full my final invoice and have a receipt on my hand.Desired Settlement: Storage fees
