They charge clients/providers for paper cheques and paid statements $and even know it is their own mistake but always refuse to take ownership for their mistakes The CRC consultant told me that we applied in time for direct deposit, however, due to cheap, poor quality computer systems, lack of computer security and hiring [redacted] IT people because they refuse to pay for a professional top dollars The CRC said we applied prior to the deadline of July 1, but when claims get keyed or data is entered they type the providers name differently such as ...DrJohn Doe, DrJ Doe or just DrDoe If we applied for direct deposit under DrJohn Doe...and a claim was received and entered incorrectly by the data entry team under DrDoe then we are charged and they say "NO" to refunds even when it is their own errorI had to pay for it
