Please be advised that a check was mailed to the family on the 15th of April. After speaking with [redacted] on the 21st I mailed her a copy of the check the next moring. After receiving your email of the complaint I checked to see if the check had been cashed which to my surprise it hadnt...
been. I immediately begin to call Mr. [redacted] and until just this morning I havnt been able to reach him. Mr. [redacted] told me that they had received the check but had sought "outside advice" before speaking with us and or depositing it.
