ADMISSION AGREEMENT:
The annual tuition cost for the school year has been divided Into Installments; each installment is due on the first attendance day of each monthBi-monthly tuition payments (by arrangement only) are due on the first and the sixteenth day of each month A $fee will be assessed for returned checks and a fee of $will be charged for the late payments
It is required that you give THRTY DAYS written notice prior to withdrawing your child
