retail market for over 20 years. All the prices were listed next to a photocopied picture of each of the jewels. I was asked to do a trunk show. I went to and [redacted]'s house to pick up some more jewelry for the show. I asked her if I could please lower the price by $150 so it is easier to sell. She obliged yes. But did not alter that agreement on the paper that I signed. The prices were ridiculously inflated. I was excited that now I would be able to sell for a more reasonable price point. I sold a piece for $400. Gave her $309 and kept $100 for myself. She is now saying that I owe her another $300!!! That is where we are at. Hopefully we can come to a fair conclusion.
