I purchased a spray hair color for my daughter at claireswe went home put it on her hair and the chemical smell from the bottle was neausating, very very powerfuli chose not to spray anymore and decided to take it back to the store for a refundat the store I was told I could not return the spray it is against their return policywhat a toxic chemical that children could possibly use to get high was not returnableNowhere on the receipt was their return policy I have it I can fax it anywhereI know for a fact that I did returns in the store beforeThis chemical should not be sold in a childrens store and I should be able to get my hard earned money back for their faulty product

I contacted [redacted] a few minutes ago and left a message in her voicemail.  I told her that I was sorry that she was unhappy with the productthat she purchased from us, while we do have a policy that opened cosmetics are not returnable we will be more than happy to exchange or return...
