To Whom it May Concern: I am in receipt of your letter dated February 12, regarding reference number ***This is the first correspondence regarding this matter I have received from youIn years in business this is the first complaint I have ever had with the Revdex.com and
we take this situation very seriously.This home was removed from the market due to the homeowner harassing potential buyersNotes were being left for agents showing the house that I could only describe as peculiarMy office, staff and listing agent developed a fear of the homeownerThe homeowner also approached our other seller clients and they also felt they were being harassedIt should be noted that during the time we had her home listed we produced showings and a cash offer for her.My business is based on providing outstanding customer serviceIt is unfortunate when we have a case that a client was her own worst enemy.Regarding the desired settlement- We would be happy to remove the lock box but will only do so in the presence of local law enforcement to avoid a confrontation with the ownerAs you can see from the attached emails the homeowner did offer to do it in the pastHowever, we told her not to come to our office as we again wanted to avoid a confrontation with her which we believe was her only reason for coming to our officeWe did not remove the lockbox because it is on the rear door and quite frankly did not want to risk the safety of our staff for a $lock box.Please let me know if I can be of further assistanceMy direct cell phone is ***.Sincerely,Kevin ***Real Estate Broker Clancy Real Estate
