In total,
we had to replace and restock the apartment which actually
cost in excess of...

the $200 that you were charged. The
bedding and pillows could not be used again since it was
stained dark and would not wash off. Those items in of
itself represents the bulk of what you were in charged. In
addition, we had pay our painter to touch up the unit and
cleaner to detail for the next tenant. We appreciated you
staying with us and did not pass all the expenses to
you.
We want to move
