He is a thief. He took my money, didn’t do the job to completion, and he didn’t pay any of the men that worked for him or the sub contractors. Now I have subs hounding me for money that I already gave Eamonn *** and I don’t think it’s fair for me to pay twice for work. He is mean and very unprofessional. I would be very cautious of hiring him.

Run for the hills!!! This is the most unprofessional, uncouth and abusive individual I have ever had to deal with professionally. Threatened me over the phone when I told him I was no longer interested in doing business with him (bear in mind we had not even entered a contract).

He was recommended by a friend and subsequently the friend told me the recommendation was a mistake as he has had a terrible experience with the owner. When I let him know that I won't be moving ahead, he proceeded to insult and asked me to compensate him for his time and effort in providing a quote for the work I wanted done! smh

In March 2019, my company paid a deposit of $9,600 for masonry work for a contract totaling $32,000. The check was cashed, but no work was ever initiated. Start date continued to get pushed back and the business owner was very slow to respond. In spring he reported that he had health issues that were creating a delay. By the summer, we were told that the business owner was out of the country and that they were unable to handle the project. Since then, multiple requests to refund the deposit were ignored, and there was no response to certified mail demanding repayment of the deposit.
