Review: I had lunch at Clarence's with friends. An employer of this restaurant disrespected me the entire time I was there. I was called CRAZY. I had a telephone call while I was there, was told that she wouldn't take my order, while I was texting on my cell phone. Food was threw at us, when it was ready. I ask for a container to take leftovers with me. I told that I was bothering her. She told another employer that I got on her nerve's. After being treated in such a matter. I told the manger, about how I was treated. While talking to the manger, the same employer came up to me and the manger, and ask why are you complaining about me. It would do no good to complain to the woman manger, because she is my friend and will do Nothing to me. the manger of this restaurant said nothing too this employer, when she spoke too me in this matter.Desired Settlement: A written letter letting me know this matter was handled.

In response to the customer complaint the owner has personally talked to the individual that was involved reassuring her this was not in accordance of our policy. The employee and person involved had "picked" at each other, however in this situation the employee crossed the line. The employee was repremanded and placed on probation.
