These people have the most unprofessional customer service person everCuts you off while you're trying to explain things to themSaying they have been working for them for over years but still talks to you like they are talking to a bum on the streetsFailed to complete my refund and then got an attitude with me for calling them back to confirm the refundThey over charge for use of a propane grill and wont allow you to bring your ownMost REAL grillers use charcoal grillSo renting their propane grill for bucks will never happenThe woman I talked to was extremely disrespectfulI asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to transfer me to anyone elseHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEMight have used them in the future but the woman they have answering phone is a complete ***I didnt see anything wrong with the property from the pictures, it was just for this trip the house was the right fit for my familyAnd believe that I will be posting this on every review board I find for this placeEspecially on the Revdex.com
