I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** *** and find that the owner of the business Eric did not have any knowledge that we had proofs/ pictures of the pipe that their employee had bustedNot only they broke the pipe but they also stole my Windex cleaner and a pair of blue glovesPlease see attached photos of the plumbing area before and after the pipe was busted As a matter of fact, my contractor also mentioned to me that these photos were also sent to their affiliated company *** *** ***The owner offered to replace my quartz countertop but did not assure us if any damage that can possibly occur they will be responsible to coverIn other words, they will not repair or pay us for any other damages In order for the countertop to be replaced, they have to move my Bosch oven range and the countertop sits on top of my Bosch dishwasher We were worried that there will also be possible damage to my backsplash if they have to replace the countertopWe cannot trust these people and their employee for what they did to my plumbing area

us directly to express their concern about the design of the stone, they were not happy with itWe contacted stone manufacturer ** *** (we are only fabricators, we do not manufacture the stone and are not responsible for stone design) and expressed the client's concern about the stoneWe offered ** *** *** *** to replace the counter top, cut new pieces for their kitchen, but they denied itWe have been in business for years and have never received a complaint like thisIf ** *** *** *** are not happy with their stone, we can replace it.Regarding the pipe, Winder and pair of gloves, there is no proof that our installers took the items or broke the pipe, as I mentioned paperwork was signed as proof that everything was inspected and client was satisfied with the installation process Sincerely,Eric T*** (Owner)Faithful Countertops
