Review: The product dispenser for double serum would not dispense the productDesired Settlement: I would either like a replacement or a refund.

Review: The product I received was manufactured Jun 2011, in UNSEALED container, the label on the container has a PERIOD AFTER OPENING sign for 12 M. Customer service insist that it is good UNOPENED until Jun 2015. I don't understand any difference between an UNSEALED container compare to an OPENED container. Customer service is some kind of playing game of words.Desired Settlement: Customer service is playing game of words.

Just help me solve the problem, the item I received have 2 different expiration time, one is written on container and another one from the customer service. The label on the container said it only last for 12 months after it was opened, and the container is unsealed originally. As it was manufactured in 2011, I don't know if this product is ok to use.

Review: I placed an order on its website (order#[redacted]) on 04/**/2014, when they had a promotion with $40 reward card for purchase of over certain number. For some reasons, I didn't get the reward card. So I contacted their customer service and was sent a new code of $40 reward card without any specified expiration date by [redacted], the customer representative on 06/**/14. Then I was told my code was expired on 08/**/14 when I tried to use in Sept. I called their customer service to request a new code since I was never told that the code would be expired in Aug. And they said No and they couldn't do anything about it. I just feel that they should specify the expiration date in the original email. Without clear expiration date, they should honor me a new one for my loss.

Review: Received A*men Malt Cologne for holidays. Bottle was defective. Told to return to [redacted] at Circle which was done to receive replacement. Now more than two weeks later they don't have anyone checking the mail as the person is out sick. Sporadic contact at best. And is that a response to a customer that they can't retrieve their own mail. Will be happy to forward ridiculous response from [redacted]. Personally, I won't be purchasing any of this company's products in the future.Desired Settlement: A replacement as promised would have been nice along with an apology from [redacted] who thinks this is an appropriate way to handle a customer. What kind of business goes weeks without getting its mail b/c one employee is sick??? Bizarre.

Review: I purchased Clarins hydraquench serum from their official website. Then I found contamination inside the bottle, like a white fiber string with black dirt on. I took pictures and emailed to Clarins customer service. They replied they'd look into this matter and asked me to send back my serum, with very skeptical manner of talk. After that they didn't contact me further asking me whether I want exchange or return, neither telling me their "investigation" result. 2 weeks later, I just received a new bottle of serum, and I found it's actually a 3 years old product. I contacted Clarins again questioning I didn't ask for exchange and their product was stale. Clarins relied saying their product had a 4-year shelf life, but finally agreed to give me return. I've already returned the 2nd bottle and they received on Sep **. But I didn't get any refund yet.Desired Settlement: I want refund and an official apology. Their customer service are awful. I post my product review on their website with the pictures I took, but they deleted it.
