This company does not value their tenants and feels that you should have to bend to what is convenient to them as apposed to true customer service. I would not recommend this as even a low budget option. The apartments are not well maintained and are potentially a health risk. they have such a bad bug problem in the past a friend with and allergy to roaches wasn't able to spend more than an hour at my apartment without having trouble breathing. I Will be honest that in a year of living there I have only seen one roach but there seems to be a deeper problem to get that kind of reaction.","neg-1
