Allow me to apologize for not being able to refund the deep cleaning charges and explain why we had to do it.
The hotel charges the deep cleaning fees whenever rooms are heavily soiled after guest's stay. It appears that in this case two of your rooms were in such condition that it took significant amount of time to put rooms back in order. Normally, after check out the standard king room takes no more than 25-30 minutes of cleaning to be back in order and can be rented to other guests same day. In this case rooms required two hours of deep cleaning and shampooing of the carpet and could not be rented same day. Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest deep cleaning fee of $175 which is listed in the policies section on the registration card.
