Review: We had a very bad experience. Below are the issues. Please also note that the night in question, there was frigid, snowy weather. 1) First room key would not work. We had to drive back around to the lobby to get another key. 2) Heat did not work properly. A service may visited the rooom and advised us due to the frigid temperature, for us to wait a while for it to warn up. The heat never did "warm up". Air that blew out was lukewarm at best. My husband I and slept in our clothes and used the bedding from the second bed to use to keep warm. 3) When we woke up in the morning, you could see light coming from the bottom and sidew of the door that was letting the frigid air come in. 4) When my husband went to take a shower, the handle fell off. We called the front desk and they gave us a key for room 105 to use. He had to repack his bathroom supplies and go next door to bathe. Additionally, when my husband went to get the key, a maid was sitting and chatting with the clerk. The clerk never apologized to my husband for this inconvenience and we also felt that the maid could have brought the key to us. 5) The left sink drain did not work. 6) We purchased $40 worth of food from [redacted] to take home to [redacted] with us. When we went to pack up and leave, we found that the refrigerator was not working, subsequently ruining all of our food. I have pictures of the door, sink and broken shower handle if you require them. Additionally, the two front desk clerks that we dealt with never once apologized for any of the above-inconveniences. I feel this is a terrible lack of customer service. I have contacted [redacted] who offered a $25.00 refund. I want a full refund and would also like to have the $40 refunded for the food that was ruined.Desired Settlement: I would like the $74.39 that I paid for the room and the $40 for the ruined food refunded for me.

Review: Was on business trip and stayed at the Clarion Inn 1/30/2016 thru 2/3/2016. My first and second night of stay 1/30/2016 and 1/31/2016 room was very dirty had no coffee and room phone didn't work and even seen a mice. I informed the front desk of situation and was moved to another room the next morning, which I had a four night stay. Upon my concerns and complaint the front desk implied that they can only take 10% off until a Head Manager call me or come in to remove the fee for the first two nights. I gave my personal phone number to front dest and a Head Manager never called me at all. Then on my finally day of check-out the front desk informed me that the Head Manager stated 10% was the only resolve for solution, but never called to inform me.Desired Settlement: Do to the circumstances with health(Mice) and unclean room and phones not working and not having the proper amenities that I should be refunded my money back for nights 1/30/2016 and 1/31/2016. Tried getting in contact with Head Manager at Facility and Corporate. No resolve.
