I booked for days stays in this hotel thru pricelineAfter one day decided to cancel the next four days due to family emergencyI called priceline who told me to speak to the hotel's general manager who will be around amPriceline also claimed that the payment is not refundableGM ( Earl G) did not return my callSo decided to come to the hotel again to speak to himFront desk clerk told me to wait since he is in the meeting minutes of waiting, then he showed upSaid he has dealt with this before and since my stay was prepaid, cannot cancel just my daysHe does not care about my family emergency and will not listened to any reason why I am cancelling stating that I booked thru 3rd party and have to deal with priceline instead of themPriceline already told me thrice to speak to him about refunding my payment and cancelling the daysHe does not symphatized with customer but only after his profitBusinesses should listen and care for their customer first and foremost making sure that any problem will be resolved but this GM is about making money and don't care attitudeBy the way my room is smelly, hairs in shower, door that link to the next room is thin padded and I can hear the screaming of a toddler on and off until pmRest and relaxation thrown out of the window

I booked for 5 days stays in this hotel thru priceline. After one day decided to cancel the next four days due to family emergency. I called priceline who told me to speak to the hotel's general manager who will be around 9 am. Priceline also claimed that the payment is not refundable. GM ( Earl G) did not return my call. So decided to come to the hotel again to speak to him. Front desk clerk told me to wait since he is in the meeting. 20 minutes of waiting, then he showed up. Said he has dealt with this before and since my stay was prepaid, cannot cancel just my 4 days. He does not care about my family emergency and will not listened to any reason why I am cancelling stating that I booked thru 3rd party and have to deal with priceline instead of them. Priceline already told me thrice to speak to him about refunding my payment and cancelling the 4 days. He does not symphatized with customer but only after his profit. Businesses should listen and care for their customer first and foremost making sure that any problem will be resolved but this GM is about making money and don't care attitude. By the way my room is smelly, hairs in shower, door that link to the next room is thin padded and I can hear the screaming of a toddler on and off until 11 pm. Rest and relaxation thrown out of the window.
