I would like complaint #[redacted] to be marked as resolved. There is a remaining issue [redacted] is investigating for me concerning the warranty (window and window frame scratches from installing a balcony); however, [redacted] has taken care of all other work I have requested to date. I would also like to add [redacted] has been very helpful to me and other homeowners in my community concerning an ongoing neighborhood rezoning issue, and I am thankful to [redacted] for voicing their support of the neighborhood.
