We found the owner of this business to be: A) excellent in his trade (part of his floor tiling had to be done around an uneven rock fireplace - he succeeded wonderfully and it was done pretty much without templates, just by eye!); B) easy to work with (part of the job had to be completed after cabinets were installed - so part was done first and the second part was done in a timely fashion); and C) accommodating: he tiled a new back splash for us (at a small additional cost), although we had not initially scheduled him to do soHe did everything well and in a timely fashion

Clarity has failed to follow through on it promise to rectify any defects in workmanship within two years from date of completion of the tile flooring On or about September 19, 2014, we contracted with Clarity to replace our 12" tile Final work on the installation was completed on or about January 15, Following that, we discovered some areas where the baseboards meet the wall, where the grout had not been properly cleaned; and areas completely lacking grout On Friday, Sept30, 2016, I, Mrs [redacted] , called Clarity and told owner [redacted] that there were some areas which had not been properly cleaned of grout and other areas which lacked grout all togetherHe asked me if we still had any grout left, and I said yesHe asked me how long it would take and I replied that it shouldn't take more than one hour Mr [redacted] said that he did not have his calendar in front of him, and that he would check his calendar when he returned home, and call me back to g

The work in our square foot house proceeded smoothly given the need to constantly move furniture around Our disappointment comes from the fact that over several weeks we have been unable to get clarity back to complete some minor faults in the work, although in our very first conversation the owner [redacted] promised to come in the following week, but never showed up, nor called Since then, he has returned none of our repeated calls

*** is an absolute perfectionist at his trade He is skilled in all aspects of his profession, understanding the integration of what is needed to be done beyond his scope of work in order for the task to be completed properly He has done several jobs for me already and has never disappointed me I highly recommend him :)

The owner is very unprofessional and gets people with a lot less experience to do all the workAnd if you do get him to show up hes on the job a few hours at best

[redacted] is an absolute perfectionist at his trade. He is skilled in all aspects of his profession, understanding the integration of what is needed to be done beyond his scope of work in order for the task to be completed properly. He has done several jobs for me already and has never disappointed me. I highly recommend him :)
