When I called to get a quote, Closet Factory sent Shellie M to measure my closet. She was a few minutes early and took her time to find out exactly what I was wanting to store in my rather small master closet. I went to the showroom to see her plan and was so impressed with the operation at the factory and what she had designed! The man who installed my new closet was very neat, very nice and my new closet has me so happy! Shellie and the Closet Factory are excellent at their profession. I would recommend them to everyone!
