Notified [redacted] at [redacted], about the situation with the wires, [redacted] would contact [redacted] to make arrangements on having his vehicle looked at by one of their specialists. Spoke with [redacted] today and stated she had spoken with [redacted] and that he could take it to any shop and progressive would send out a specialist to address the problem with the wires. [redacted] has not contacted [redacted] at Progressive since their phone conversation to make this arrangement to have it looked at nor has a shop contacted her that his vehicle was brought into for this. [redacted] stated if the faulty wiring is due to rear end accident that Progressive would cover the repairs.
