Review: Clarks planted 12 trees for us in the spring 2012. Under their warranty, we were given a 1 year, 100% guarantee on all trees. In addition, after the one year warranty, we were given a 3 year guarantee on trees to be replaced by Clarks, with the customer paying the delivery fee only. In the fall of 2012, we had to have 4 trees replaced. It took numerous phone calls to get them to honor their warranty. Within our one year warranty, three of the four trees they replaced have since died, and another one of the original trees has also died. We have called them 5 times in the past two weeks, and have not received any response.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of the four dead trees, or we would like to have them replaced by Clarks.
