writing in regards to complaint #[redacted]. We delivered a refrigerator on 1/5/2015 to the client and were unable to level the refrigerator at that time. We had our delivery men scheduled to return to the client's home 1/7/2015 to resolve the problem. The client called back bn 1/6/2015 and told us that he did not need us back out that he fixed it himself. Also, on this call we offered to have the floor fixed and he stated he could do it himself due to the scratches being minor..He requested the owner call him back which he did and left a message but we never heard back. The letter from Revdex.com is the first time we knew that there was still an issue.Please let me know if you have any questions or need any more information.
