I have spoken with the customer today The Mrwas not available for conversation so I spoke with his wife She explained to me that they spoke with the sales rep last Friday August 22nd and he told them he would cancel out the job The concern for the persons who received an estimate from our company was they were not contacted after that??????Even though in the complaint to you they mention they were hounded by us?????Either way, the job is officially cancelled and I have told the customer that we have officially cancelled it She proceeded to tell me what we need to do better for minutes about our company and that we are not what her and her husband want to do business with.Respectfully, [redacted] VP of Installation

I am trying to add a few tidbits to my complaint. I do want them to leave us alone, but ONLY after they put in WRITING that we wont incure any charges. When a VP refuses to do this, it throws up red flags. He has taken the time out to speak to us like children and respond to the complaint. Just seems fishy that he cant write that out. ALSO, he writes in his response that "my wife contacted the salesman and he said he would cancel". Well, he MIGHT have told my wife that, but he told me my wife RE-SCHEDULED for 2 weeks later. When I tried to contact him, I got no reply. Then wen I contacted CS, I was hung up on. I am not here to be anyone friend. I just want in writing that we are NEVER to be charged anything. this "VP" acts as if this is not a big deal, but them having my Social Security number s a big deal to me. I filled out a loan application also, and apparently to him it isn't a big deal. These guys are scammers and I just want in writing that we will NEVER get charged anything ever. I really don't think that is too hard to ask? Again, to say my wife canceled is only PART of the story. [redacted](the salesman), told my wife he would cancel, but then told me he re-scheduled. So I am sorry I don't trust a company that is that sneaky. Thanks and if this "VP" puts in writing that we will never be charged, then I will accept his response. In EVERY communication, not one person has given us WRITTEN proof of no charges and the job being canceled. So unless they have an issue with that, then we will never come to a resolve.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  We would like something in writing, from the company's letterhead that the order has been cancelled.   Very simple.  My husband's name, address, social security number is listed on their form.  A verbal cancellation doesnt sit well with me.  Sorry!  I spoke to [redacted] just a few minutes ago.  I could feel his anger thru the phone....understandable.  I just tried to talk to him as a consumer and I felt like I was being talked down to.   So happy that his company is doing so good and has been around since 2005.  Thats good....kudos to them.  But I have dealt with other companies that give me a song and dance that they have "shredded" my paperwork with my personal information on it and then about 2 months later, I am receiving a letter from a debt collector to pay the company.  Sorry, [redacted] but verbal information doesn't sit well with me any more.

We received notification from the Revdex.com of the customer's complaint on 8/10.  We left messages for the customer on 8/10 and 8/17.  On 8/22 we were able to contact the customer and come to an agreement on the next step to address the complaint.  We agreed to come out and inspect the...

product and installation to try and diagnose what might be causing the issue.  We have scheduled that appointment for 8/25.  We expect to be able to continue working with the customer toward a satisfactory resolution.

As of 11/18/15, we have gone out to address the customers issues with water.  We added a drip edge at the back of the fascia board to address the water dripping.  As of today the 18th the issues have been addressed.

To whom it may concern,I did get a chance to speak with the customer(s) and this is a commercial building.  We installed new gutters and a LeafFilter product over the gutters.  During the winter that [redacted] recently experienced the snow/ice was laying on top the the new gutter and...

LeafFilter product and the gutter came down.  When speaking with the clients, I directed the men to the warranty information and explained to them in full detail that the warranty does not cover "Act of God"In their opinion, they believed that the "Act of God" clause should be waived and the warranty work should be completed free of charge.  This is a commercial building that they rent out and it is clear and obvious that this is the "Act of God" with the extreme weather conditions [redacted] experienced in 2015.  Either way, we made the necessary arrangements to have the gutter re-hung and the product re-installed free of charge.Respectfully,[redacted]VP of Installation

I will not accept until someone verifies it was canceled within the period stated. I dont want a charge coming my way later. So telling me its canceled is only part of it. Until then, I can not accept. Sorry
