Mr [redacted] In response to your complaint you filed to the Revdex.com On September 8th our company Clark County Plumbing provided you with a free in home estimate, this estimate had multiple options to choose from, you chose and signed the most expensive option that was provided to youOn September 15th the work was started and on September 19th the work was completed Clark County Plumbing provided all work within scope and budget which was described in the original signed estimateIn addition Clark County Plumbing also disposed of all construction debris that was removed from job site at no additional charge to you the customer Our company does not operate as a time and material companyWe offer every one of our customers a free in home estimate before any work is performed with no obligation, this allows our customers to obtain other estimates and compare estimates before moving forward with the workWhether the project takes us hours or hours we complete the work that is agreed upon in the original estimate for the price that was agreed uponThere are no hidden charges or fees and everyone of our customers knows the price before the project is started We understand that this is a large sum of money that you invested into your home, and we believe that we provided exceptional service and skilled labor to meet the requirements that were covered in your original signed estimate Sincerely Mike J [redacted] Clark County Plumbing & Drain

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:So instead of taking ownership of the fact that you took advantage of my mother who is single, you make every excuse as to why you shouldn't have to refund her a portion of this billing? Wow, that's pretty lame and very disheartening to us and I can assure you that we will let everyone we know on Facebook about thisThe last thing we want is for you to screw over anyone else along with all our family and friendsWe will also be posting a picture of her invoice so that everyone can see what you charged her for minutes of your time and the fact that you messed up on the plumbing as wellFor a company who is supposed to be reputable but yet messed up on the plumbing is pretty badA portion of this bill needs to still be reimbursed to my mother as well so therefore I am not going to accept you excuses for an answer and I am letting the better business know this as wellI am also a business owner and have been for years and its very important to me that my customers are happy unlike you it seemsSincerely, [redacted]

For a company who is supposed to be reputable but yet messed up on the plumbing is pretty bad. I'am  not a plumber, If I was I would come to a price range closer to the proximate actual cost. The only debris removed by this company was the pieced out tub. Iam sure you can provide an hourly rate to adjust to your hourly employees.Sincerely,[redacted]

Our company does not operate as a time and material company. We offer every one of our customers a free in home estimate before any work is performed with no obligation, this allows our customers to obtain other estimates and compare estimates before moving forward with the work. Whether the project takes us 8 hours or 20 hours we complete the work that is agreed upon in the original estimate for the price that was agreed upon. There are no hidden charges or fees and everyone of our customers knows the price before the project is started.
We understand that this is a large sum of money that you invested into your home, and we believe that we provided exceptional service and skilled labor to meet the requirements that were covered in your original signed estimate.
