The employees of this company lack communication and customer service, not doing the job asked of them. Long term consequences continue.
On May 30th, my husband and I visited Clark Crain to inquire about the deals present for pickup trucks. After walking through the lot filled with vehicles, we'd agreed upon two trucks. A rep for the company, Ken, came out to look at the two trucks we chose and walked us back to his desk to provide further information on the trucks. Once receiving this information, he said they would be able to get us a deal for at least one of the trucks and we could move forward. He asked for our names, address, social security numbers, income, and about the car we'd brought in for a trade in. During this time, Ken asked how much we would be able to give as a down payment for the vehicle. We agreed to $1000 and the process begin. After hours of waiting and little communication with anyone, Ken returned and told us we were approved for the cheaper truck we'd chosen. He then brought us papers to sign, but the information on the papers were incorrect. My name was misspelled and my social security number was incorrect. My husband also found issues with the paper containing his information. Ken apologized for incorrectly inputting our information and said he would take the corrections back to the employee working with the bank and complete the process. About 2 hours later, Ken came back to say the bank closed during the deal and we would have to return Monday, June 1st. He said he would take our $1000 down payment and we can return Monday to pick up the truck, but we chose to keep the money and return Monday. On Monday, we returned and Ken said they were finishing up the deal for the cheaper truck we chose on Saturday and we would be leaving in our truck that day. We literally waited for hours before being called over to Ken's desk and asked to choice a 2020 truck up to $39,000 to meet the requirements for the deal. After looking through several trucks, we chose one and Ken said it met the requirements perfectly. We again waited for a few more hours and Ken said we would have to put down $3000 as a down payment. At this moment, I was convinced something wasn't quite right and I asked to speak with the employee over negotiating with the bank. That employee said the truck we were approved for required a $3000 down payment. After getting more information about the process, we found out the truck they were asking $3000 for wasn't the truck we agreed on. We then found out our credit had been ran over 19 times for trucks we never asked to be qualified for. I currently have 19 hard inquiries for vehicles we never asked for, this being before I chose to freeze my credit. To add insult to injury, the owner, Jessica, made the comment that "we should be glad we were approved for anything". I do not appreciate the lack of communication, insult, and issues that have stem from this visit. My credit score has suffered greatly from this experience and I would like action taken, if possible.

They had/have a 2008 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid listed for $2995 and said it was still available many times. I have all the texts. Yet when I called it was already sold, but of course they had another overpriced vehicle for $11,000+. Classic Bait and Switch Scam. Avoid at all costs.

In May of 2019 I purchased an 2011 Ford f150 from these guys thinking I was making a right choice and getting a good deal only to be disappointed. One week after buying the truck I had problems then reached out to the salesman ( MR. MARVIN) who sold it to me only to find out he quit! My truck has had an total of 5 repairs and has sat on there lot for 173 days under warranty. I've kept every receipt, photo, and videos including the dates and location. I brought it to my fiancee attention that we've been over charged on the lemon which was sold for $19500 only be valued at $13,000 as a clean retail. I traded my 2017 Camaro which was valued as $18500 for trade in. When bringing to there attention they offered to buy me out and put me in something more reliable. Me and my Fiancee came to check out deal only to be disappointed again given the fact we were told by Mr. Nelson (COWBOY) to pay $1078 car note or do an voluntarily repossession. That didn't make any sense being I have all the evidence of the defects for the vehicle and being over charged for the truck. This truck has had me almost wreck with my daughter 2x. I got it back after 29 days, just for it to go back for repairs a couple hours later. I just want to get things resolved, I have voice mails from Kimberly telling me lies about my vehicle being worked on but when I came to check it was outside sitting like always which is on video! I've sent emails out to the owner and his wife no one responded as if they're saying WE DON'T CARE WE SOLD YOU A PIECE OF JUNK!!!

My car has been sitting a month with no file claimed.
I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro from this dealership. Months pass and my car starts to act up. I sent it back to the dealership so they can repair it. It's been over a month now and the dealership NEVER filed a complaint with the warranty company.

I want a refund on my policy.

They called me last week and said that it's finally in the shop.

I have been a LOYAL customer for several years at this dealership, got my trucks serviced regularly here to have a service record of what is being done to my vehicles like a good owner should do. But all that ended yesterday!! I had to pay almost 4 TIMES what I normally paid for the service of my vehicle!! I was not aware or the increase or I would have driven to another dealership where the price was what I normally would pay for a oil change, fuel filters and air filter and tire rotation (called and verified this) Sorry service crew didn't even check the air in my tire like they were suppose to because I had to put air in my tires when I got home.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS HORRIBLE FROM TONY, KIM AND DEMETRIUS. THEY TRIED SELLING ME A VEHICLE WITH DRUGS IN IT AND TRIED SELLING A VEHICLE AT A DIFFERENT PRICE THAT I WAS QUOTED ON WITH TAX TITLE AND LICENSE. THE VEHICLE I WAS PURCHASING WAS BEING DRIVEN BY ONE OF THEY WORKERS AND THEY TRYING TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE I TOLD THE BANK TO CANCEL THE LOAN

BROUGHT TRUCK BACK WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER TAKING DELIVERY AND DEALER SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE BRAKE TRAILER AND TIRE SENSOR.
THE SERVICE BRAKE TRAILER SYSTEM LIGHTS SENSOR CAME ON AFTER WE LEFT THE DEALERSHIP. THEY PUSHED BUTTONS AND SAID IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF. BY THE TIME WE HAD REACHED OUR RESIDENCE 2 1/2 HOURS LATER, THE LIGHT WAS BACK ON AND OTHERS. WE SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MGR AND WAS TOLD TO JUST USE WARRANTY TO FIX. WE EXPECTED THE VERBAL AGREEMENT TO BE HONORED. PURCHASED 4/22/19, $5000.00 DOWN, $21.000.TOOK DELIVERY 5/1/19. GOT A BLOCK AWAY AND TOOK IT BACK, THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED WHEN THEY CLEARED THE BOARD. WE HAVE TAKEN THE TRUCK TO GMC SERVICE AND THEY SAID THAT WAS NOT A FIX.WE ARE ASKING FOR THIS TO BE DONE; WITHOUT ANY SATISFACTION. WE FEEL THE DEALERSHIP UNLOADED A VEHICLE THAT THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF FIXING. THE TRUCK IS FINANCED THROUGH VALEX CREDIT UNION. 2013 GMC SIERRA 1500 Z71.
WE DO UNDERSTAND THIS WAS A VERBAL AGREEMENT BUT AS BUSINESS OWNERS OURSELVES, WE EXPECTED THEIR WORD TO BE HONORED.

WE ONLY ASK THAT THEY FIX, ''TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM''.THE BRAKE TRAILER SYSTEM SENSOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED ALONG WITH THE TIRE SENSOR. THESE ARE A HAZARD. WHEN TOLD OF THE PROBLEM THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT NOT COVER IT UP.

Purchased a vehicle, recieved an inaccurate temporary registration. was promised an accurate one in the mail. it has now been 5 days nothing yet.
my wife and I purchased a new 2018 dodge journey on march 25, 2019. we picked this vehicle up from that dealer on wed. march 27. we were given a temporary registration. we then stopped at a inspection station to get a sticker since it did not have one. at that time we were informed that the temporary registration was inaccurate. it had us listed as living in EBR parish and we live in east Feliciana parish. My wife immediately called Demetrius who gave this registration to us and told him of his error. he promised me he would mail it to us per her request. as of today which is April 2 we still have not received the corrected registration. we have called and left multiple messages for Demetrius to return our calls only to receive none. we do not feel we should have to make yet another trip to that dealer in order to receive this document. until we do receive this document we cannot drive this vehicle because it has no inspection sticker.

we would like this document to be delivered to us asap so that we can get our inspection sticker and begin driving this vehicle.

The issue we were having has been resolved.

bought a used car and paid cash for it and title work. we began to wonder why we hadn't received title so we could do registration since the temporary tag was about to expire and all we get is run around no returned phone calls as promised .bad attitude when asked why we hadn't received it or phone call to give us an update no one wanted to help us (not my area) tag expired still nothing. now my sons first car just sits because it no longer is legal to drive .I finally got someone who sounded like he could help and he gives me a title with a bunch of transfers that still needs to be put in our name even though I paid the $250 title fee. not to mention all the penalties that will come with not having a car registered this place has not once even showed they care nor wanted to help me with THEIR ISSUE

Finish the job finish what i paid for get me my title in my name like i paid for and pay all penalties they have created and atleast try to show any other customers after me you have some kind of care after the sale

I have heard from dealership not much remorse for the lack of professionalism or manners they did offer to pay late fees I have been able to start paperwork on my car just a $50 fine for being so late

They wouldn't pay my vechile off, they didn't turn in my tag and now my temp plate is expired because the vehicle I brought was never paid off.
I had to fight them to pay of my vehicle it was a month before they would pay my loan off when they has my vehicle. Then I got a letter from the state because I didn't have insurance on my vehicle they bought. They never turned in my plate so I am currently fighting them to pay the fees and to get my license straight. And my temp plate has expired because sold me a vehicle that they had not paid off.

Finish they paperwork and get my plate to me.

Yes ma'am I finally received it after going in and pitching a big fit in front of a lot of people. These people need to be investigated, they are doing a bunch of illegal things

Traded in my truck for a car. I was supposed to receive $6,972.00 back for my trade after funding went through. Also had interest rate changed after.
Purchased a Dodge Challenger on 10/27/18, and traded in my 2017 truck. I was supposed to receive $6,972.00 back on my trade after funding for the car loan went through. A week later after the purchase and signing of contracts, no check was received and the dealership said they could now not offer the interest rate that was offered and signed on in the original contract. I had to resign papers for a higher interest rate. The funding was completed, and still no check. I have called at least ten times, only to be put off and given different excuses. I was told a certified check was in the mail. That was two weeks ago. The manager will not call me back when promised. I have to continually contact them to try to resolve this issue. I have an official "We Owe" paper from the dealership, and the manager told me the are legally bound to produce the check; however, I have not received the money, and it now been over six weeks.

I want the money I am owed on my truck trade-in.

We finally heard back from the dealership and the check was received on Dec 19. But this was only after a local news station consumer investigator got involved and called them regarding the situation.
Over the 7 weeks of dealing with them, we were directly lied to five different times when we were told the check was in the mail. I was even told the check had been mailed on Friday, December 14, but they did not send it until after the news station phone call on Tuesday, Dec 18. They sent it overnight at that point. *** one of the salesmen, also hung up on me when I called to discuss the situation on Monday, Dec. 10. Terrible, dishonest service.

Sold us a car that ran for less than 10 weeks. Numerous complaints they refuse help in any way - The auto is dead in the driveway.
