12/15/16Dear [redacted] ,Thank you for helping to resolve this complaint from my customerI will address the specific items mentioned.We did finish the punch list items we were responsible for, and the work was performed after final bank payment to CCHThe customer hired and fired many of his own subcontractors and suppliers and CCH is not responsible for eitherWe still warranty our work afterwardsI asked the customer for a list of what he expected us to doHe replied that he did not have time.The customer asked for and exercised an allowance for towel and paper holdersWe have always installed both without charge, including those supplied by customerI was already given locations and spent more than a full day of labor plus materials installing wood blocking for seven bathroomsThe owner did not bring them to the house when we asked for them.The customer asked us to utilize a dead space by installing a wet barHe sent me a [redacted] detail of itWe did not charge for planning, demo, framing, drywall and flooringI charged him $for the rough and finish plumbing after my plumber billed me.His business partner approached me at the permit office and told me he said many nice things about meHis architect told me he would recommend me to anyoneHis bank inspector asked me for business cardsBut he calls me fraudulentIt doesn’t add up.Feel free to contact me with questions or concerns.Best regards,Oz C
