Review: Unauthorized employee decided to change long distance service for the business. This change with our local carrier disabled our answering system already in place. When this was discovered, the service with Birch Communications in Macon, GA (AKA Clark Fork Communications, Missoula, MT) was cancelled. At this point we had to have our local carrier reinstate our regular communications. Service people had to come into the office to re-establish our prior system for our answering system to operate properly.
NO contact was ever signed by me, any services Birch Communications were paid for. We continue to get statements indicating we are being charged an early cancellation fee of $1,800.00 and now are being charged interest on this amount monthly.
Cannot stress enough NOT to do any business with this unaccredited entity.Desired Settlement: Services received WERE paid for. Unauthorized employee has been rep-remanded. NO contract was ever signed by me as the president of this business. ALL billings should be discontinued immediately.
