I hope that there is Since this incident I have obtained a court order to get a list of me and my children's things but have still not heard anything These blatant lies further shows how unprofessional they are and I need to know when they can meet me to get my things Also I would like to hear a recording of these phone calls because it is not in my character to get inappropriate with anyone That's not how I handle things.Regards, [redacted]

I rate them a -this is the worst management I’ve ever seen , the worst customer service EVER SLUM LORDS! Roaches , roaches roaches , brown water , broken boiler system , shootings behind the building , car break ins! The ladies who work in the office should never work in customer service or management in their life they will pick the phone up and hang it up when they see you calltell lies They actually physically cut the water off without a notice to the apartment complex while I was in the shower with shampoo in my hair! They say these apartments are renovated but they are infested with roaches every single unit has them!! A horrible place to live! I’m actually taking them to small claims courtI hope no one else ever has to experience what my family and I went through

In regards to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] with ID # [redacted]: Ms. [redacted] contacted our rental office in regards to her obtaining access to one of our rental units. She wanted to stop by the office and pick up a key. When we asked Ms. [redacted] to please identify her address, she gave...

us [redacted]. Once we searched our system, our leasing agent advised Ms. [redacted] that she was not listed as an occupant on the lease agreement. Ms. [redacted] became upset, and said that she had been residing at this address. Unfortunately without her signing a lease agreement or being listed in the lease, we could not give her a key or access to the unit. Ms. [redacted] proceed to insult our staff and use inappropriate language towards our leasing agent, as well as the property manager. Ms. [redacted] was advised that if she persisted with the inappropriate language, that we will have to end our phone conversation. We proceeded to disconnect the phone call. After this incident, we did not hear back from Ms. [redacted], until this complaint with the Revdex.com. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

A deduction of 80.00 for cleaning and repairs was deducted and we have not been further contacted by Mr. [redacted]. Clarke was smart enough to date the check for 10/17/14 but held it well past the 30 days. I am surprised that a business would lie instead of asmitting the wrongs they chose and how poorly and unprofessionaly they run what they call a business. My last position remains the same. Interest on my $500 deposit along with a late fee are due to me as they impose when my rent was late.

[The business would not respond to me until I contacted the Revdex.com. After my complaint was filed I receieved a call from [redacted] (accts. payable) at Clark Properties. She was very hostile and expressed her dissatisfation with my contacting the Revdex.com. She stated she had placed my refund in the mail and stated "Now you need to send an email to Revdex.com with the message Case Closed". I told her I would not until I received a forvorable resolution. She then stated "Well we will just send an email to them stating you refused to close the case" I told her fine and in the meantime I would advise them of your threats and your hostility towards me. I did recieve the check which was dated 10/17/14 yet postmarked 11/07/14. It is still clear that the rules they enforce of $50.00 when my rent was late, is beyond application to them paying my refund late. When they pay the late fee plus interest for my refund and correct the amount of my refund (paid $500.00 and recieved $420.00 back), I will cosider it acceptable. I recieved an email from Clarke today asking if I had rec the refund. I replied yes but what was I charged $80.00 for. Response was I am not sure but part of it was for the water bill for Sept. I responded stating that I paid the water amount I was billed along with the pro rated rent for 3 days $79.32 on 10/03/14 the day I moved and turned in my keys. This Business needs to understand that people (their tenants) are consumers and not all stupid enough to be treated as such especially when they are part of the money that provides them with a pay check. I have seen the conditions that some of their tenants are made to put up with only because they don't know what steps need to be taken to get outsiders such as Revdex.com to step in as an advocate. Rest assure there will soon be more complaints from current tennants beeing filed with the Revdex.com
