Yes, the vehicle is for repairs and it has been at our shop since the beginning of last yearThe customer was never charged any storage or any other fees while the vehicle was here for months before the customer finally decided to want repairs madeThe customer came in and paid some money down
for parts, when this was done on 8/29/they was going to have a mechanic come and get the vehicle where it would start and runWe had a wrecker to bring the vehicle into the shop from our lotThe vehicle has mechanical problems and the customer has knowledge of this issueWe can not even move the vehicle to put it on the frame rack or move it to the paint shopThe vehicle is tore down a mechanic along with customer's son came into the shop dec of last year ,which at that time he ask us to remove the upper tie bar which was doneWe have not seen him since we our not a mechanic shop we only do frame,body and paint workI realize that sometimes it is difficult to reach someone by phoneIf I or Judy is not at our desk we are hard to reach, this is the reason we have our customers e-mail us if they are having a problem reaching us by phoneWe have three phone lines and if we are on the other line, or outside writing an estimate for a customer or in the shop going over repairs with our tech's of insurance adjusters then we don't hear the phonesWe have explained that insurance customer's do come before self pay only for the reason being that we have a certain amount of time to do insurance repairs because the customer is in a rental vehicle and the insurance companies don't want to have to pay alot of money for rental fee'sThis has been explainedWe appreciate all of our customers and we go out of our way to try and please themUnfortutatley as you can see we don't succeed all the time We never called and complained to the customer or charged fees while the vehicle took up valuable work space for the six months while they were deciding whether to repair or not, and we haven't still complained to the customer about their portion on having their mechanic do their repairs while still using our shopThis compliant really is surprising I do understand the frustration on not being able to reach us always by phone, but we try really hard to keep in contact with our customers not everyday or sometimes not as often as they would likeThe repairs to this vehicle is a big job we have to replace airbags with the front clip in order for the customer to afford these repairs we are using used partswe even came down on our prices for the customerI do apologize to the customer for them feeling the way they do

I am sorry that this customer is unhappy with our services, and that he felt that this is the recourse he had to take. The insurance company notified us to have the vehicle towed into our shop Oct. 1, 2015. We got final approval from the insurance co to start repairs on nov. 03, 2015. We then...

started tear down to see it there was any additional damages, which we did find. We had to have a mechanic to remove the motor from the vehicle, so that we could repair inner structural damages. We have had this customer's vehicle for a total of 18 working days. Our hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Saturaday front office only to give estimates, NO TECH'S WORK.  This customer and his family members call at least 2 to 3 times a day, if not every day then it's every other day. Somehow this customer found out one of our estimator's personal cell phone number, and he called him on Sunday the weekend of Thanksgiving  Two different estimator's has tried to explain to this customer and his family members about the procedure on the repairs and about the additional damages. We have been patient and we are trying to satisfy this customer in every way. Customer has complained and told inaccurate stories to the insurance company, threatened us with court, and now filing complaint with Revdex.com. It seems that there is or will be no way is satisfying this customer do to the fact that we are not making repairs fast enough for him. We do value our customer's and there opinions. We try and give our customer's 150% after all they are our livelihood, but our foremost concern besides customer service, is that we repair our customer's vehicles correctly and safely, and with quality. Unfortunately in some vehicles that does include speed do to the damages.  I really apologize this customer is not happy. This has been our first complaint filed with the Revdex.com.  Our customer's do come first and no one can make every customer happy, even though we try. When problems arise and we try to resolve them in a manner to make a customer happy.
